During its 9 December meeting, the Board of Acea Ato 5 S.p.A. acknowledged the resignation of President Stefano Magini and appointed Dr Pierluigi Palmigiani as the company's new President and Eng. Roberto Cocozza as CEO.
The Board also thanked Stefano Magini for his work during the past years at the head of the Company.
