Smoother navigation, simplified content organization, greater communication consistency and brand recognition, improved accessibility, storytelling of the corporate strategy, and a more effective search engine. ACEA launches its new Digital Ecosystem: the Company’s website (www.gruppoacea.it) becomes the Group’s ‘institutional home’, dedicated to corporate content such as governance, sustainability, communication, investor relations, and careers. From today, each business line and operating company has its own dedicated website, making it easier to access services and content. In this way, the new digital ecosystem better reflects the ACEA Group’s structure and highlights the breadth of its activities. 

The design of the new website and related sites followed an atomic design approach (a methodology that creates coherent, flexible, and scalable design models to ensure the best user experience) and was based on an analysis of the navigation data to identify user needs, the analysis of the major trends, and the engagement of internal stakeholders. Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) has been introduced, the Group’s first digital ecosystem developed entirely on this platform, along with a search engine that ensures improved performance in navigation and information retrieval. Thanks to the redesign, based on new modular and dynamic components, the new websites achieve a 90% accessibility level, improving readability, color contrast, and overall usability of information for all users. 

The ACEA Digital Ecosystem ensures smoother and simpler navigation also through the Superheader, the top bar of the page which provides direct access to all the Group’s websites, as well as greater communication consistency and brand recognition across both corporate and business sites.
