Rome, 23 January 2018 – The Board of Directors of Acea S.p.A. met today and authorized the issue of one or more series of senior notes under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme, for a maximum aggregate principal amount of 1 billion Euro. The notes will be placed with institutional investors and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The issue of notes will take place by 15 July 2018
