With reference to the press release issued on 17 February last, regarding the appointment by Acea’s Board of Directors of Barbara Marinali as the new non-executive Director and Chairperson of the Board of Directors, it should be mentioned that the other positions currently held by the Chairperson in corporate bodies concern one listed company and two non-listed companies.
