Acea SpA’s new Board of Directors, chaired by Barbara Marinali, met for the first time today, following its election by the Annual General Meeting held on 18 April.

The Board of Directors appointed Fabrizio Palermo as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, assigning him responsibility for the ordinary administration of the Company and the Group.

In addition to the representative role assigned by the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors assigned specific responsibilities to the Chairwoman, including those relating to Corporate Governance.

The same meeting of the Board of Directors also appointed Fabio Paris the Executive Responsible for Acea SpA’s Financial Reporting.
