ACEA SpA (“ACEA”) announces the following changes to the latest financial calendar published on 5 May 2023:

• the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the half-year report for the six months ended 30 June 2023, initially scheduled for 26 July 2023, will be held on Tuesday, 25 July 2023;
• the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the interim report for the nine months ended 30 September, initially scheduled for 14 November 2023, will be held on Friday, 10 November 2023.

As usual, meetings with the financial community and the media will be organised in order to present the interim financial results and the Company’s strategies.
