These rules are intended, inter alia, to provide - on a voluntary basis – specific precautions in addition to those governed by the reference legislation regarding the position of any Member who proves to be a holder of relevant interests pursuant to Article 2391 of the Italian Civil Code, with a view to handling such situations in a suitable and predetermined manner.
