Acea announces that today it has received from Eni Plenitude a binding offer concerning the entire share capital of its subsidiary Acea Energia S.p.A. (100% Acea).

Acea will start as soon as possible the relevant evaluation process so that the competent bodies can make the appropriate determinations and decisions.
