Since May 2025, Gabriele Di Cintio has served as Chief Executive Officer of Acea Ambiente, where he previously held the position of General Manager.
As of April 2025, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of ASM Terni. From 2019 to 2024, he was Vice President of Procurement & Logistics at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. In this role, he led the digital transformation of the department, increasing the value procured by 30% and reducing headcount by 20%. He also developed and implemented the Group’s sustainable procurement strategy, which led to ISO 20400 certification in 2023, and oversaw a reengineering of external costs, resulting in a reduction of fixed costs by over 20%.
Between 2018 and 2019, he held the position of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence at Vodafone, where he was responsible for strategic analysis and the oversight of financial performance.
Starting in 2011, he undertook a long career path at Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A., holding roles of increasing seniority. He led the Group Planning and Control function, with responsibilities extending across the motorway business, technology, and engineering & construction, both in Italy and abroad. During this time, he also served on the boards of several Group companies, including Telepass S.p.A., Autostrade Tech S.p.A. (now Movyon), Società Italiana Traforo Monte Bianco S.p.A., and Autostrade Meridionali S.p.A.
From 2007 to 2011, he worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, supporting strategic and transformation projects in the Retail and Travel & Tourism sectors. His assignments covered both national and international markets, including Turkey, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
He began his career at Telecom Italia Group, initially in Corporate Venture Capital at TILab, and later in Strategic Marketing at TIM, where he contributed to the launch of the first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Italy.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and completed the Young Professionals Programme at the London Business School.
