Alessandro Caltagirone

Alessandro Caltagirone has been a member of the Acea Board of Directors since 27 April 2017.

He currently holds the following positions:
• Member of the Board of Directors of Banca MPS S.p.A.
• Member of the Board of Directors of Vianini Lavori S.p.A.
• Vice Chairman of Cementir Holding N.V.
• Vice Chairman of Caltagirone Editore S.p.A.
• Member of the Investment Committee of Fabrica Immobiliare SGR S.p.A.

He has also served as Subject-Matter Expert in Business Administration, Financial Reporting, and Business Planning at the Sapienza University of Rome and at the Faculty of Economics and Business of LUISS University in Rome (Professional Techniques).
He graduated with a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Sapienza University of Rome (1994) and has held prestigious positions in various companies, including publicly listed ones.
