Founder and principal of the firm Sancetta Ravazzin, Carlo Ravazzin is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with over 25 years of experience in taxation, corporate matters, internal audit, restructuring, and corporate crisis management. He graduated with honours in Economics and Business from the University of Rome La Sapienza and completed his military service as a Reserve Officer in the Italian Finance Police (Guardia di Finanza). He began his professional career at Ernst & Young and currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School. He regularly speaks at conferences and conducts training activities in the fields of business administration, corporate law, and insolvency proceedings. He is also the author of textbooks and articles published in specialised journals. He collaborates with leading judicial authorities and frequently serves as Chair or member of Boards of Statutory Auditors, Chair or member of Supervisory Bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as court-appointed liquidator, judicial commissioner, and bankruptcy trustee for numerous public and private entities, including multinational companies. He also chairs the “Administrative Liability of Entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001” Commission of the Rome Association of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the technical working group established by the Ministry of Justice for the revision of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
