We stimulate brand awareness

The Acea Group is committed to promoting corporate well-being, starting with regular employee surveys aimed at identifying needs and assessing satisfaction with welfare initiatives. In 2024, the Welfare Plan was strengthened and structured around six pillars: health, work-life balance initiatives, mental and physical well-being, supplementary pension schemes, economic benefits, and family support. Specific initiatives implemented included:

  • "Previeni con Acea" ("Prevent with Acea"), a five-day cancer prevention campaign offering employees 625 free breast, dermatological, and endocrinological screenings at Group premises, in collaboration with Susan G. Komen Italia;
  • Corporate wellness programs to promote physical well-being by encouraging healthy lifestyles, participation in sports activities, and the creation of personalized nutrition plans with a nutritionist;
  • Self-defense courses for all female employees of the Group;
  • Mental well-being programs and the introduction of an online psychology service available to all employees;
  • An ongoing support channel for working parents within the company, through which the Group engages with them and collects their needs, with the aim of fostering workplace well-being and reducing the gender gap;
  • A digital platform entirely dedicated to providing at-home parental support.

The most effective communication tool for engaging the entire workforce is the MyIntranet portal. The Acea Ti Premia ("Acea Rewards You") portal, launched in 2021 as a digital community space integrated with MyIntranet, has also proven to be a valuable tool for employee engagement. In 2024, Acea Ti Premia hosted the first edition of VISITACEA, an initiative designed to give employees the opportunity to visit the most iconic and remarkable sites of Acea Ato 2, Areti, and Acea Infrastructure. The pilot phase, which ran from July 2024 to March 2025, involved over 200 Group employees.
