With reference to our announcement of 18 April 2023 following the Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Acea declares that the resolution amending Article 15 of the Articles of Association has today been entered in the Rome Companies’ Register. The resolutions adopted under points 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Ordinary Annual General Meeting agenda, concerning the appointment of the Board of Directors, will therefore be effective as of the AGM date.
