EMTN programme

The EMTN Programme provides for one or more unsubordinated bonds to be placed with Italian and foreign institutional investors (with the exception of the United States, pursuant to the U.S. Securities Act of 1933) and to be listed on the Mercato Telematico delle Obbligazioni (MOT) of the Italian Stock Exchange (Euronext Group).
The programme was approved by Acea's Board of Directors on 19 June 2025 and the relevant Base Prospectus was approved by CONSOB on 16 July 2025 for an amount of €5 billion.
