How to pay the water bill

If you are a customer, activate the direct debit on your bank account: the payment of the bill will take place automatically and safely on the exact day of expiry, without additional commission costs.

Domiciliation is convenient:

For utilities with a consumption up to 500 cubic metres per year, we will refund the security deposit, if previously charged.
No payment delays, which would lead to interest charges and debt collection actions.
You save the payment fees for bills and wire transfers (unless otherwise specified by your credit institution).
If you experience an issue with your bill, you have the option of requesting a payment hold on the bill from your credit institution. Or, if the charge has already taken place, you have 8 weeks after the deadline to request an immediate refund from your credit institution.
It is an eco-sustainable choice.

To activate the domiciliation, you only need your tax code and IBAN and follow this procedure:

Access MyAcea, go to the ‘Bills and Payments\Bank Domiciliation’ section and click “Activate now”

If you are Gesesa customer, fill the following form and send it to commerciale@gesesa.it to request the bank Domiciliation. To request the revocation of your bank address you must send a request to the commercial email address commerciale@gesesa.it and request revocation from your Bank.

Access MyAcea Acqua to pay your bill on-line with Visa and MasterCard credit cards, with no fee applied.

Access MyAcea Acqua go to the Invoices and Payments section and select the bill you wish to pay with your
Postepay card – no commission applies.

If you are a customer of Acea Ato 2 (Rome and province), Acea Ato 5 (Frosinone and province) and Gesesa (Benevento and province), you can pay the bill on-line with a MyBank transfer.

To use the service:

access the MyAcea Acqua Customer Area and choose the bill to be paid in MyBank mode;
choose your bank from the list: you will access your on-line banking with your usual credentials, without your sensitive data being shared or recorded;
make payment: all the information on the bill will be automatically loaded and you can confirm the transfer and complete the transaction.

With the CBILL service accessing your internet banking or using the other channels made available by the banks adhering to the service (ATM, physical branch, etc.). Simple select the company Acea Ato 2 S.p.A., enter the 18-figure CBILL ID code given on the bill and the amount to Pay.
