Further to previous disclosure to the market, Acea has published today the information document regarding a transaction of major importance with related parties and concerning the execution of the settlement agreement with Roma Capitale intended to regulate the reciprocal positions and procedures for the consensual early termination of contractual relationships between the parties in connection with the public lighting service provided by the Company and on its behalf by the subsidiary areti S.p.A..
The information document – drawn up for the purposes and pursuant to Article 5 and Appendix 4 of Consob Regulation no. 17221 dated 12 March 2010, as last amended with resolution no. 22144 of 22 December 2021, and Article 7.1 of the Related Party Transaction Procedure adopted by ACEA – is publicly available at ACEA’s registered office at P.le Ostiense 2, Rome, on ACEA’s website (www.gruppoacea.it), as well as on the “1info” authorised storage mechanism (www.1info.it).
