The Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2024, including the Draft Annual Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Report on Operations - comprising Sustainability reporting - and the Declaration referred to in Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Report on Corporate Governance and on the Ownership Structure, and the Explanatory Report concerning the items 1 and 2 on the agenda of the ordinary Annual General Meeting convened on 28 and 29 April 2025, respectively in first and second call, are available to the public at the Company’s head office, on the Company’s website (www.gruppoacea.it, section “2025 Annual General Meeting”) and on the 1info authorised storage mechanism, available on the website www.1info.it .

The financial information relating to the subsidiaries and associate companies will be available at the Company’s head office, starting from Friday 11 April 2025.
