The “I AM – tu all’ennesima potenza” event was held today at Acea’s headquarters in Rome, aiming to promote the dissemination of the most innovative artificial intelligence and robotics technologies applied to the creation, management, and maintenance of industrial infrastructure in the water, energy, and environmental sectors.

At the event, promoted by a.Quantum, the Acea Group company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for the non-regulated market and led by Enrico Resmini, leading technology companies involved in AI-related fields, such as NTTDATA, EY, Globant, Deloitte, Bip., Reply, QuantumBlack, Eng, Accenture, Google, IBM, Mashfrog, Minsait, and Acea itself, presented practical demonstrations of the most advanced solutions applied to business processes during various thematic sessions.

The two-day event also featured a speech by Professor Camilla Sorrentino from the Politecnico di Milano, who provided participants with a comprehensive overview of Artificial Intelligence, guiding them through its concepts, technologies, and AI applications. Her talk was followed by in-depth sessions held in the demo rooms. Professor Simone di Somma from Luiss provided a forward-looking reflection on the future of Artificial Intelligence, highlighting the new work scenarios it introduces and their potential impact on society.

The initiative, the first of its kind in Italy, was not only an opportunity to look ahead, imagine future scenarios, and reflect on the responsibilities associated with adopting increasingly pervasive and intelligent technologies, but also represents a significant step toward ever more innovative infrastructure management. It aligns with the Acea Group’s strategy implementation plan, focused on sustainability and smart infrastructure, as outlined in the 2024–2028 Strategic Plan “Green Diligent Growth”.
