Abstraction is the first phase, in which we draw water from the areas we serve using sustainable infrastructure designed to ensure efficient management and safeguarding of the resource.
During the adduction phase, we convey water from its sources to the distribution points. Thanks to purification plants, we ensure a safe supply of drinking water.
Through rigorous monitoring and analysis processes, we guarantee the distribution of high-quality clean water to citizens, businesses, and communities.
In the final phase of the water supply chain, we treat wastewater through a multi-phase purification process. With a strong focus on recycling and reuse, we return it to nature in optimal condition, helping safeguard the health of river and marine ecosystems.
We develop and manage safe, sustainable infrastructure to ensure daily access to essential resources for both citizens and local communities. We invest in innovation to continuously improve the quality of our service. We promote the energy transition and the circular economy, contributing to the country’s industrial development through the implementation of major strategic works. We manage the Integrated Water Service in eight Italian regions: Lazio, Umbria, Tuscany, Molise, Campania, Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, and Sicily, and we also operate in Latin America.
